At the Shoppes at Shipley's Grant, a Howard County development designed to mimic the quaint streets of historic Ellicott City, three new tenants are getting ready to settle in.
The Shoppes at Shipley's Grant will hold 24,400 square feet of retail space when it is fully leased.Starbuck's, Cold Stone Creamery, Coal Fire Pizza and The Wine Seller are already open in the shopping center, designed with multiple trellises and colorful awnings developed by Bavar Properties Group.The $10 million retail space is located on Route 108 west of the Snowden River Parkway and Route 100 interchange. It is the gateway to Shipley's Grant, a 396-unit town home community now under construction by Bozzuto Homes.
