BEFOREON THE MENU There's a bar/cafe serving draft lager (about pounds 3 a pint) and hearty dishes like steak and ale pie (pounds 7.95), spag bol (pounds 6.50) and stone-baked pizzas (pounds 6.95). The bar has two large TVs - on the night I stayed one had the footie on (great for me) while the other played pop videos. An excellent value help-yourself hot and cold buffet breakfast is in the same room (pounds 7.50 grown-ups, kids under 16 free with a paying adult).Dinner: Pasta & creamy sauce, Indian takeaways, vodka & Coke.Within weeks all four of them were losing weight.Lunch: Low-fat quiche, lean ham sandwich."And it was all my fault," admits 40-year-old Tracey. "I was the one who dished their food up. I was killing my kids and I had to do something about it."Lunch: Pasta, salad home-made soup.
